RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)  

RCIA: is a process for people seven years old and older who would like to know more about the Roman Catholic faith. It is also for those who desire to be received in “Full Communion” to the Catholic Church.

This includes Catechumens, Candidates and Inquires. The Catechumens are the individuals who have never been baptized by any Christian Church. Candidates are individuals who have been baptized in any Christian Church (including Roman Catholic) but have not been confirmed through the Catholic Church and Inquirers are those who want to know more about the Roman Catholic Church. All initial interviews for RCIA inquirers & Adult Confirmation are with the priests.
