Youth Ministry

Here at St. John Paul II Parish, our youth ministry involves several components: advocacy, catechesis, community life, justice and service, leadership development, and prayer and worship. These provide a framework for the Catholic community to respond to the needs of young people and to involve young people in sharing their unique gifts.

Through our Religious Ed Program, we offer the youth of our parish opportunities to play an active role in living out their faith.

Through our Youth Group, adolescents are able to meet with others who share the same faith in a safe environment.

We also offer service trips for our youth to participate in. Last year 10 of your teens went for a week to Tuscaloosa Alabama to help with tornado relief.

Many more activities are being planned as our participation of our youth is growing.
